What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of needyahmate.com.au. Need Yah Mate is operated by Memon Danyal Jamshed, a sole trader (ABN 23 918 408 331). These are website terms only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing here forms part of one.
The website is informational
The website describes what the studio does and how it thinks. Its content is general information, not advice about your particular situation, and it may change without notice.
Reading the website, using the configurator, or sending an enquiry does not make you a client of the studio and does not create any obligation on either side. A working relationship begins only when both of us have agreed to one in writing.
The System Blueprint
The System Blueprint applies fixed rules to the options you select. It is planning guidance to help a conversation start well. It is not a quote, an estimate, a technical assessment, a recommendation to buy anything, or a substitute for looking at your actual systems. Its output depends entirely on what you select, and it cannot account for anything you did not tell it.
System examples are concepts
The system examples on this website are concept projects, created to show how the studio designs a system. They are not completed client work, they were not built for or launched by any client, and no results are claimed for them. They are illustrations of an approach, not evidence of an outcome.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this website promises a business, financial or technical result. Whether a system is worth building, and what it would achieve, depends on facts we cannot know from a website visit.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, design and code of this website belong to the studio unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to link to any page and to share a blueprint link. You may not reproduce the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Anything you send us remains yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of replying to you and considering the work you describe.
External services and links
The website links to services we do not operate, including Calendly for bookings. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including the System Blueprint and the system examples.
